a peer review process developed by MEP that has demonstrated significant
reduction in return visits.

Feedback is solicited annually from peers, nursing professionals,
community physicians and hospital administration.

and internal standards (i.e.: LOS, PPH)

Each month, 20
patient encounters per provider are evaluated
by MEP’s
own internal patient satisfaction survey providing
statistically significant data and valuable
commentary.

MEP’s professional coaching program
provides every provider with the opportunity
to develop personally and
professionally. Individual goals are established
and progress is cultivated.
MEP is very active in continuous internal
quality assessment to maintain our exceptional patient care and
service. Clinical efficiency, medical practice and patient satisfaction
metrics are measured contemporaneously to maintain a balance of
clinical and service excellence. Data is shared with providers to
establish a basis for continuous individual and organizational improvement.
